Enforcement policy

The Walgett Shire Council Enforcement Policy provides an overview of the matters that Council officers will consider when dealing regulatory issues.

The policy was adopted by Walgett Shire Council at a meeting held on 24 March 2009 and commenced operation from that date.  Copies of the policy are available via the link below.
